Why Join IDEO?
Idaho Dance Education Organization (IDEO) is a state affiliate to the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO). Becoming an IDEO member means you also become an NDEO member. IDEO and NDEO are member-driven organizations. Members vote, hold office, develop publications, serve on national task force committees, develop student and teacher standards and assessments, choreograph, teach dance and academics, administer dance programs, and do research and a host of other professional activities. The members determine the future directions of the organization and make changes in dance education.

MEMBERSHIP Types, Benefits, and Due Rates
Individual Membership
$60-$115
1 year
You, as an individual, will be utilizing and paying for the membership. Options are available for the different stages of one's career including Professional, Ph.D/Ed Candidate, Young Professional, and Retiree memberships.
Student Membership
$50-$75
1 year
Available to those who identify as a college student at the undergraduate or graduate level, whether they are full-time or part-time in school. To register for the national conference at the Student rates you must be a Student Member.
Institutional Membership
$185-$250
1 year
NDEO offers 4 types of Institutional Memberships. Institutions can join at any time, and their membership will be active for 12 months from the join date. Along with all of the Institutional benefits listed below, the Institutional Membership will receive one complimentary Professional Membership for the designated main contact of the Institution.
